1. General Provisions

3. KYC & Identity Verification

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your bank or payment provider constitutes a breach of these Terms. pa8888 reserves the right to recover disputed amounts, suspend the relevant account, and share information with financial institutions as required by applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pa8888 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and cricket-specific cashback deals to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pa8888 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game artwork, text, graphics, user interface elements, software code, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of pa8888 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa8888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pa8888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and events outside the Company's reasonable control (force majeure) may affect service availability without giving rise to any liability on the Company's part.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pa8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Company suspects fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A player's account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.
• A player has initiated a chargeback or disputed a legitimate transaction.

Upon termination for breach, all pending bonuses and any bonus-derived balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are verified as clean funds (i.e., not subject to any ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following a standard review period. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact our support team directly.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pa8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
